4. Processing & Delivery
Processing Time: 1–3 business days
Delivery Time within Canada: 7–14 business days (depending on location and carrier performance)
All orders are shipped from our international fulfillment partner.
You will receive an email containing your tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Customers are responsible for entering correct and complete shipping information at checkout.
Address changes must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order.

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.

- parcels delivered to an address entered incorrectly by the customer

- theft or loss after delivery confirmation
