At Anna & Tess Vancouver, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our pieces.
If your order does not meet your expectations, we gladly offer returns under the conditions below.
Eligibility for Returns
You may submit a return request after your order has been delivered and within 30 days of receiving your package.
To qualify for a return, items must be:

unused and unwashed
-
undamaged
-
free of odors, stains, or wear

in their original condition with all tags and labels attached
Trying on items to check sizing is allowed.
Wearing the items beyond fitting purposes is not considered eligible for return.
Orders placed in multiple sizes with the intention of returning part of the order (e.g., “size testing”) are not eligible.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, including any international courier fees or customs charges.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure your return arrives safely.
Anna & Tess Vancouver is not responsible for lost or untracked return shipments.
Return Process
Email our Customer Support team at info@annaandtessvancouver.com to request a return.
After review, you will receive the designated return address of our fulfillment partner (located in Asia).
Ship your item back using a reliable, trackable method.
Once your return arrives and passes inspection, you will receive confirmation via email.
Please allow up to 14 days for your refund to be processed to your original payment method.
Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

items worn beyond initial fitting

items without original tags

damaged or altered items

Final sale or clearance items (if applicable)
Responsibility & Delivery Accuracy
Once tracking confirms that your order has been delivered to the address provided at checkout, responsibility for the parcel transfers to the customer.
Anna & Tess Vancouver is not liable for:

parcels delivered to incorrect addresses entered by the customer

stolen packages after delivery confirmation
-
delays caused by carriers, customs, or local postal services
Address corrections must be requested within 24 hours after placing your order.
